The Terraza Medical Village is a new development in San Tan Valley composed of 5 buildings. The site will operate as a medical campus offering a variety of outpatient medical services to the community. The campus has been designed with the patient in mind. Way finding will be aided by the different shapes and colors of the buildings, which will help them be quickly identified. Pedestrian circulation throughout the campus has also been prioritized, allowing the patients to have a clear way to navigate the campus in an easy and comfortable way. Opportunities for rest have been provided throughout the site, providing the patient’s loved ones with the possibility of rest and retreat should they need it.
