The Prose Apartments Glendale is a new for-rent multifamily community with 384 dwelling units & a density of 19.91 DU/AC. This garden style project features 3-story apartment buildings supported by a 1-story Clubhouse and stand-alone garage buildings. triARC worked closely with the construction team to build in design efficiencies that help reduce construction waste, minimizing cost and increasing speed to market.
