Overture Arcadia is a 55+ community with 160 apartments in a three-story building totaling 160,000 square feet, including 11,500 square feet of indoor amenity space. Located near the heart of Scottsdale, Arizona, this community features a collection of welcoming and beautiful community spaces that foster a true feeling of social connection among residents. From inception, the community was designed to draw people together, and provide a maintenance-free lifestyle to residents. The invention of “The Scene” – a generous interior gathering space – enables vibrant social connectivity to residents, family, and friends while allowing natural light to flood into the interior of the community. The heart of Overture Arcadia began with the concept of promoting an active lifestyle from the game and yoga lawn to the interiors – with courtyards becoming living rooms as they meld with comfortable lounge areas, thus creating a social hub.
