The design of this project was a great creative challenge to find innovative solutions to meet the needs of a busy call center. We achieved this by incorporating acoustical circles in the staff break room, minimizing noise and providing a peaceful environment for the staff. Additionally, the acoustical wall in the flex room helped to create a sound-proof environment, which is crucial for a call center.
Our design team paid close attention to the branding of the company, which is reflected in the finishes used throughout the space. The circular elements in the design mimic the “O” of the company’s name while the use of blue throughout creates an inviting space for the users to connect and create. The circular lights in the staff break room and entrance pay homage to the brand’s vision to shine a light on new and upcoming businesses.
We also paid special attention to the staff break room, creating an intricate design inspired by the interwoven brand which is currently 8 different companies and growing. Our clients were quick to respond to our options to create this unique design, which aligns with their motto “Great Vision. Great Strategy.”
