This coffee shop was designed to serve employees and staff of a large, 2-story commercial office building. Outlier is one of the largest private companies in the US. triARC wanted to capture their image of professionalism and play with a lively and intimate space. This 4,500 SF coffee shop tastefully displays Outlier’s signature orange color utilizing an exposed column and beam without over-saturating the space. Because the space is created for Outlier staff members, the furniture layout was designed to be easily configured, making this space great for collaboration. Since the space will be used by a large number of individuals, custom black acoustical panels were installed in the ceiling to create a more comfortable room tone and ambiance.
