With an ever-expanding outpatient services in Flagstaff and the surrounding areas, Northern Arizona Healthcare turned to triARC to design this first-generation shell space as a Primary Care and Urgent Care clinic utilizing a new self-rooming standard. The incorporation of a sleep study center as well meant that this center had to serve different needs throughout the day and night while remaining easy to navigate and a welcoming space for all. triARC worked closely with staff and end users to develop a good workflow, intuitive wayfinding, and a space flexible enough to meet their needs for years to come.
