An ambitious multi-tenant business office building designed for an undeveloped infill site in Eastern Maricopa County. TriARC designed the site organization and shell buildings.
Numerous hurdles in site design have been overcome on this small site, resulting in a project that is efficiently maximized for up to six office suites in a 15,000 SF shell building. The owner plans to occupy two of the six suites for their own businesses and lease out the remaining four suites to other business tenants.
The bold color palette and simple, modern lines gives the project a distinctive look in this rapidly developing part of the valley. A playfulness with the use of standard building materials has resulted in elevated entryways for each tenant space. The result is a common building type that has been elevated into something unique, with improved street visibility for the tenant’s businesses.
