triARC is proud to work with organizations like Even Stevens that give back to the community. To help further their cause, we took a dark and outdated retail space in Old Town Scottsdale and turned it into a bright and colorful sandwich shop. Eye-catching columns constructed of decorative concrete blocks pay homage to Scottsdale’s mid-century neighborhoods.
The motif continues to the restaurant, with graphic wallpapers, a sputnik pendant chandelier and clean lines of the furniture. Structural modifications as well as updated electrical and plumbing were needed to create an inviting space for customers as well as a functional workspace for employees.
