Cardiovascular Associates of Mesa, or CVAM, moved into a new building with about 19,000SF of clinic space. This TI included 33 exam rooms, Ultrasound Rooms, Testing/Stress Echo, Device Clinic, and an imaging suite that has a PET scanner as well as a Hot Lab and Nuclear Cameras for imaging. A portion of the suite is also dedicated to back of house office spaces for the staff as well as a large break room and CEO Office with a conference area for their convenience. This space has a continuous finish palette throughout that is clean and bright with a contrast to the dark walnut tile floors. We were thrilled to be part of such a wonderful TI and help bring CVAM’s vision to life and allow them the space to help their patients.
