This multifamily project is arranged in two-story and three-story, garden style apartment buildings – four unit types (mix of 1BR, 2BR, 3BR) and five apartment building types.
Three-story buildings flank a paseo filled with landscaping and activity areas, including an outdoor kitchen, gaming lawn, and play area. Residents are encouraged to engage in the activities as they relax on their oversized patios and open railing balconies. The pool area has several different areas for residents to enjoy; private cabanas, gaming areas, a shaded outdoor kitchen, and an out- door fitness lawn extending from the Clubhouse.
