In Glendale, AZ we completed a new single story building for Arrowhead Endoscopy medical office building that included site work to be completed in this scope of work. The current project scope also includes 4,000SF of shell space for future growth and tenant improvement. This center is to provide outpatient services for patient screening with multiple procedure/pre and post-procedure bays in addition to their support spaces.
