Shannon is our Director of Operations and a valued member of the leadership team, bringing over 20 years of experience in multifamily housing across the Southwest—from low-income and senior living communities to luxury apartments and A+ apartment projects. In recent years, she has expanded her expertise to include Assisted Living and Memory Care facilities.

Shannon’s early career focused on project management services, but she has since taken on broader firm management roles including contract and proposal creation, scheduling, and billing. She also plays an important role in business development, helping to grow triARC’s opportunities. At triARC, Shannon’s focus centers on risk management and quality control, carefully reviewing projects throughout the proposal, schematic design, construction documents, and construction administration phases to ensure every project runs smoothly and successfully.

Outside the office, you’ll find Shannon cheering on the Arizona Diamondbacks with passion and energy.

I can throw a football with a perfect spiral

I was valedictorian of my high school

I hiked the Grand Canyon with my dad and sister when I was 13

I love sports (especially baseball)

I first decided that I wanted to be an architect “when I grow up” when I was 10 years old

I speak English and took 5 years of Spanish

Unique Experiences

Celebrated my 21st birthday in Paris, France at a Greek restaurant

Took a cruise through the fjords in Norway and Sweden with my mom and sister (my sister was the leading lady in the on-board entertainment shows)
