He credits his constant doodling and keen attention to detail as early influences, along with the distinct smell of ammonia from bluelines that filled his grandfather’s home office—his grandfather being a California architect for many years. These early experiences sparked Paul’s appreciation for design and set him on the path to a rewarding career in architecture.
