Paul Schmidt
Job Captain
"Keep your face always toward the sunshine - and shadows will fall behind you." - Walt Whitman
With a deep-rooted passion for architecture, Paul credits his childhood experiences, particularly his constant doodling and keen attention to detail, as foundational influences on his career. Growing up, he was inspired by the distinct smell of ammonia from bluelines that filled his grandfather’s home office, where his grandfather, a California architect for many years, worked. These early exposures shaped Paul’s appreciation for design and architecture, leading him to pursue a career in the field.
