Lauren is our Engagement Manager, handling everything from internal team culture to external business development—with equal parts heart and hustle. She joined triARC in 2019 and fit right in with her bright, welcoming personality and endless supply of witty one-liners on Teams.
Before joining the world of architecture and design, Lauren worked as a school psychologist, supporting students with learning disabilities—a background that sharpened her empathy, adaptability, and ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
A key member of our leadership team, she brings fresh ideas, a passion for creativity, and plenty of adventurous stories to the table. Whether she’s supporting the team behind the scenes or helping build new relationships in the industry, Lauren brings the kind of energy that makes things happen.
Fun Facts
I’m always up for a new adventure, as long as I’m home and in bed before 10 p.m.
I have absolutely no rhythm, but can’t help grooving to the music when a good song comes on.
I love making books for family to commemorate special events as well as making up word games to celebrate my colleagues.
Unique Experiences
Playing basketball with Buddhist monks in China.
Running down the side of a volcano/mountain in Guatemala–because you sink into the lava rocks as you run, you don’t trip and wipe out. Exhilarating!
