Jon leads our Multifamily sector, bringing over 25 years of experience in multifamily and senior living projects—from single-story affordable housing to mid-rise podium apartments over structured parking. His background at mid-size firms has equipped him to manage large-scale developments from early concept through construction, always with a focus on collaboration and clarity.
Jon is a pro at crafting construction documents that clearly communicate design intent and code compliance to contractors, and his deep knowledge of building codes and accessibility requirements helps streamline even the most complex projects.
He also serves on triARC’s Technology Committee, helping the firm stay ahead of the curve with new programs and software to optimize workflows and boost daily efficiency. Outside the office, you’ll likely find Jon under the hood of his classic Mustang or Bronco, working on his next restoration project.
Fun Facts
I was born in Hawaii.
I’ve owned a dozen classic Mustangs, Broncos and Cougars.
I ran the Pike’s Peak marathon on a dare with no training. It was my first and last marathon.
I was in my 30’s before I owned a car younger than me.
