Caroline Kwong
Job Captain
“It is never too late to be what you might have been.” – George Eliot
Caroline is a Job Captain within our Healthcare Sector and the steady force behind the team’s success. Her love for architecture sparked early, watching design shows as a kid and later deepening as she visited iconic architectural sites around the world. Today, she brings that passion to life through thoughtful space planning and meticulous design documentation.
Caroline thrives on the entire design-to-build process—watching a concept evolve from paper into a space that serves the community is what drives her. Her organizational talent and steady leadership keep even the most complex projects running smoothly.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her husband and their three boys—including a set of twins—cherishing every chance they get to explore new places together.
