Aaron is the charismatic and knowledgeable lead of the Healthcare Sector at triARC, serving as both a Senior Project Manager and Architect. With deep expertise across all areas of healthcare design, he is especially well-versed in the planning and execution of Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs).

A true Midwesterner at heart—warm, approachable, and just the right amount of sweet—Aaron brings humor, leadership, and a collaborative spirit to every project. He plays a key role in building triARC’s business, stepping up in business development efforts to champion the firm’s talent and culture. Outside of work, Aaron is known for his love of tiki drinks, great stories, and creating moments of joy wherever he goes.
